I am Andreina Fernandez, a Venezuelan immigrant and the founder of AF Trámites USA LLC, a Minnesota-registered company. I hold a degree in Customs Administration from Simón Bolívar University and began my career in the immigration area of Maiquetía International Airport, followed by banking customer service in Chile.
Today I serve the Hispanic community across the United States with immigration form preparation, federal and state tax returns, certified translations, interpreting, apostilles and business formation. I am a Minnesota Notary Public and Remote Online Notary, a wedding officiant, and co-author of the book TOP 25 Servidores Migratorios.
I know what it feels like to fill out a form in a language that is not your own. My job is to make sure every filing is organized, complete and on time. I am not an attorney and I do not give legal advice; when a case needs one, I will tell you honestly and help you reach a licensed attorney.
