About Me · Founder

Andreina Fernandez — Founder, AF Trámites USA LLC

I am Andreina Fernandez, a Venezuelan immigrant and the founder of AF Trámites USA LLC, a Minnesota-registered company. I hold a degree in Customs Administration from Simón Bolívar University and began my career in the immigration area of Maiquetía International Airport, followed by banking customer service in Chile.

Today I serve the Hispanic community across the United States with immigration form preparation, federal and state tax returns, certified translations, interpreting, apostilles and business formation. I am a Minnesota Notary Public and Remote Online Notary, which allows me to serve clients in person in Minnesota and by video call from anywhere in the world*. I am also a wedding officiant and co-author of the book TOP 25 Servidores Migratorios.

*For signers outside the United States, the document must relate to a matter, property or transaction in the U.S.

I know what it feels like to fill out a form in a language that is not your own. My job is to make sure every filing is organized, complete and on time. I am not an attorney and I do not give legal advice; when a case needs one, I will tell you honestly and help you reach a licensed attorney.
