We are not lawyers and do not offer legal representation. The Aftrámitesusa team consists of trained immigration form preparers, not attorneys licensed to practice in the United States. Therefore, we cannot provide specific legal advice or represent you before USCIS, immigration courts, or other government entities.
- Client Responsibilities
The client acknowledges that they are responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the information they provide. Aftrámitesusa is not responsible for delays, rejections, or denials of immigration applications due to errors, omissions, or incorrect information provided by the client.
Provide truthful and complete documentation.
Notify us of any relevant changes in your immigration status.
Make all agreed-upon payments within the established deadlines.
- Payments and Non-Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the case or cancellation decision.
Fees are detailed in the signed service contract.
